Your Role (3 quick tasks)

  • Appoint one Student Coordinator
    This person receives the books, is listed on the tickets, and serves as the single point of contact for students.
  • Hide 40 “Wake Me Up” tickets on campus
    Place them in visible, high-traffic spots for students to discover.
  • Swap tickets for devotionals & track finds
    The Coordinator connects with ticket finders, exchanges tickets for free devotionals + postcards, and checks off each find on a simple tracker we provide.

Free to you: No event planning, no costs, no legal admin.

What We Handle

  • Ship devotionals, tickets, postcards, and leader instructions.
  • Run the online Challenge and student entries.
  • Prizes & Fulfillment: Weekly $10 Starbucks e‑gift cards and each campus’s $1,000 student grand prize are fulfilled by Jen’s team. We also tally your campus entries toward the $1,000 national campus award.
  • Share student contact info (per Terms & Conditions) with your ministry for follow‑up and discipleship.
  • Raising all funds so your campus can join the Challenge. (This costs your ministry nothing except volunteers to hide tickets and exchange them for the free devotionals!)

What You Receive

  • 50 FREE total devotionals (10 for leaders; 40 to give away).
  • 40 “Wake Me Up” tickets linked to your ministry contact.
  • Postcards with simple student next steps.
  • Private link to your Coordinator checklist (Google Sheet) and quick‑start note.

Lost or unclaimed tickets? No problem. After the entry period closes, feel free to use any remaining devotionals however best serves your campus. They’re a free gift to your ministry.

How It Works (at a glance)

  1. Prepare: Choose one Coordinator and share their contact info with Jen.
  2. Hide: Leaders hide 40 pink tickets around campus.
  3. Swap: A student finds a ticket → contacts your Coordinator → receives a free devotional + postcard. The Coordinator collects their contact info for ministry follow‑up.
  4. Connect: Students enter the online Challenge; Jen’s team shares all additional participant contacts (opt‑ins) with your ministry to expand outreach and discipleship.

Simple Timeline

  1. Choose your Coordinator → Shipment arrives (from Jen’s team).
  2. Week 1: Hide tickets, announce to students/leaders.
  3. Weeks 1–4: Coordinator exchanges tickets for devotionals and marks the checklist; students enter online for prizes.
  4. Final Week: Campus grand prize announced; national engagement award tallied.
